Welcome to the website of the CIPHR ThinkTank, a Research & Development facility now under construction by the nonprofit CryptoRights Foundation (CRF) on spectacular north American wilderness. The CIPHR project is dedicated to the mission of it’s fiscal sponsor CRF to promote the use of strong cryptographic technology owned by the participants of any system to protect human rights, journalism, humanitarian aid, social networks, war crimes evidence systems, unbiased demographics, policy data and other information systems important to society.
